We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
What information do you see when I make a purchase?
When you make a payment on our website, it is transacted through Shopify. We can see the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiry date. We can not see the complete credit card number or the security code (CCV).
This means your credit card information can not be accessed or used by any of our staff members other than to identify you and to provide a refund.
