Dispensing and delivery.
If you’re eligible, our integrated pharmacy prepares your prescription and organises express, discreet delivery anywhere in Australia. Delivery is usually next day1 in NSW and VIC, within 48 hours in QLD, SA and TAS, (longer in remote areas).

No. We pride ourselves on transparency. The price you see is what you pay for that consultation. If there are ongoing costs (e.g. for medications, delivery, or repeat services), we will disclose them clearly before you commit.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee (or to reschedule without penalty). Contact us via phone or email to make changes.
